KATHMANDU, JULY : Dusit Princess Kathmandu has launched “Bhatmas on Fire”, a bold and playful celebration of edamame that blends local flavors with international flair.
The food festival, which runs daily from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am until July 18, transforms the rooftop Kibu Sky Lounge into a tasting ground for diverse palates.”Bhatmas,” the Nepali term for soybean or edamame, takes centre stage in this inventive promotion, which showcases the humble ingredient in ways rarely seen in Nepal.
From reimagined street snacks to fusion fine dining bites, each dish reflects creativity and attention to detail.The rooftop setting of Kibu Sky Lounge adds to the experience. Perched high above the city, the space feels both elevated and effortless. The vibe is unmistakably upscale but still relaxed, perfect for a post-work gathering, a sunset date, or a late night food adventure.
