Kathmandu, Sept 24: At 26, Urusha Bhandari, an intern dentist and fashion model, defines life not merely as a profession but as a purpose. Growing up in a family that valued education and empathy, she learned early that true strength lies in balancing intellect with compassion. This belief drew her to dentistry—where science meets service—and to pageantry, where she discovered the transformative power of voice and self-expression.

Her first childhood pageant, encouraged by her mother, set her on a journey to the stage. Over time, she flourished as a model and fashion choreographer, while staying grounded through health camps and community service. Today, she embodies versatility, gracefully balancing art, science, and humanity.
Her initiative, Project Inaya, addresses pressing concerns such as environmental challenges, mental health, and community health. Recently, she has been advocating for effective waste management in Nepal, working alongside NGOs and local communities. For Urusha, lasting change begins within ourselves.

A fitness enthusiast and lifelong learner, she finds joy in building connections, traveling, music, and reading. She lives by the philosophy: a happy mind begins with a healthy lifestyle.
As Miss International Nepal 2025, Urusha will represent her nation at one of the world’s most prestigious global platforms—Miss International—in Japan on November 27. For her, it is not just about beauty, but about intellect, purpose, and cultural representation. With poise and passion, she stands ready to build bridges of cultural exchange, love, and peace, carrying Nepal’s name onto the world stage.
