Kathmandu, Dec 27: The Election Commission (EC) has determined the categories of individuals to be included in the temporary voter roll for the upcoming March 5 House of Representative (HoR) elections. Kathmandu, Dec 27: The Election Commission has urged the political parties to submit the closed list of the Proportional Representation (PR) candidates contesting in the upcoming March 5 HoR election. The EC stated that there were a total of 17 million 888 thousand 570 voters in the previous House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections, and this time 915 thousand 119 voters have been added.
